Aluthermo ® QUATRO

"Alyutermo Kattro Rus" - is multiotrazhayuschy, multilayer insulation sheet material whose fibers throughout its area joined together by heat welding.

"Alyutermo Kattro Rus" virtually impervious infrared radiation at any time of year. As in all the other centers' Alyutermo "layers" Alyutermo Kattro Rus "are soldered together on the surface, which facilitates the use of this material. Thus obtained complete coverage is semi-flexible and consists of the following respective layers:

 

  • 30 micron aluminum foil, polished and has a corrosion treatment (0.3 mm thick)
  • Layer of fire-resistant bubble polyethylene filled with dry air - 4 mm thick
  • A thin layer of aluminum foil - thickness of 10 microns (0.1 mm)
  • Porous layer of fire-resistant polymer material (porous polyethylene) - 4 mm
  • A thin layer of aluminum foil - thickness of 10 microns (0.1 mm)
  • Layer of fire-resistant bubble polyethylene filled with dry air - 4 mm
  • 30 micron foil of pure aluminum, polished and has anticorrosion treatment (thickness 0.3 mm)

 

The uniqueness of this product is in stock bubble polyethylene layers of fire-resistant, filled with dry air and fire-resistant layer of porous polymer material (porous polyethylene) to give to the material sound and thermal insulation properties. Layers of foil are used to reinforce the material and provide moisture protection.
